What Drives Us

A very good friend of our Dear Founder owned an HVAC company in a very populated metropolitan city in Florida. On one June afternoon he turns to our Founder and says I am struggling with getting business and keeping a good office manager on staff, it feels like me and my wife are the only ones who care. How could this be? It’s the middle of summer in Florida and you own a 5 Star Rated HVAC company, people should be beating down your door.

What really held them back was their marketing; people just didn’t know they existed outside of 2 miles. Their operations plagued them as well, seeing as their technicians showed up to work late consistently and only 20% of them knew what their day looked like when they got there. He also couldn’t afford to hire full time office staff to fix the problem either.

Thus the idea for Vendorstar was born.
